Returns, Refund, and Exchange Policy
A. Introduction
At XYEEN, we aim to provide high-quality clothing products with customer satisfaction as our top priority. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
B. Eligibility for Returns
B(a): Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Otherwise, the return will be void.
B(b): Customers may check clothing items in front of the delivery agent without wearing or using them. Otherwise, the return will be void. Cancellation after dispatch requires courier fees to be paid.
B(c): Apparel items must remain unworn and unwashed (tags and labels intact). Otherwise, the return will be void.
B(d): A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns (e.g., mailed invoices).
B(e): If a customer believes a product provided by us is not authentic, valid proof is mandatory before a return is accepted.
B(f): False claims without valid proof may be subject to legal obligations.
C. Items Eligible for Return
C(a): Unworn and unwashed clothing with original tags intact.
C(b): Wrong product received (incorrect size, color, or item). Products must be checked in front of the delivery agent. Any claims otherwise will not be eligible.
C(c): Damaged or defective items due to shipping. Products must be checked in front of the delivery agent. Any claims otherwise will not be eligible.
D. Items NOT Eligible for Return
D(a): Worn, washed, or altered clothing items.
D(b): Items without original tags, labels, or packaging.
E. Return Request Time Frame
E(a): Customers must request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.
E(b): Returns requested after 48 hours will not be accepted.
F. Shipping Costs for Returns
F(a): If the return conforms to our policy, XYEEN covers the shipping cost.
F(b): If a return does not meet our criteria, we do not offer returns.
G. Exchange Policy
G(a): Exchanges are allowed for unused, defective, or wrong-size products.
G(b): The delivery agent will inspect the product before proceeding with the exchange.
G(c): If misuse or a false claim is detected, the exchange request will be void.
G(d): Exchanges will be handled hand-to-hand at delivery whenever possible.
G(e): If our courier partners do not allow direct exchange at certain locations due to logistics, the customer must return the item first. A replacement will be sent once the item is received and inspected.
G(f): Courier fees are covered by XYEEN if the exchange falls within our terms.
H. Refund Policy
H(a): Customers may request a full refund, store credit, or partial refund depending on preference, as long as the request meets our return conditions.
H(b): Refunds are processed within 24 hours, except for special cases requiring additional validation.
H(c): For lost packages during shipping, customers may choose between a new product dispatch, refund, or store credit.
I. Order Cancellation Policy
I(a): Customers can cancel orders at any time before shipment. If cancellation occurs after dispatch, courier fees must be paid.
I(b): No additional fees apply for cancellation.
I(c): Cancellations are not accepted after delivery is completed.
J. Responsibility for Lost or Delayed Shipments
J(a): If a delivery is delayed more than 7 days, the order may be cancelled.
J(b): XYEEN is responsible for lost shipments.
J(c): Products must be checked in front of the delivery agent. Video proof may be required for claims of damaged or missing items. Claims without proof will not be eligible.
K. Special Considerations & Exceptions
K(a): International orders are not accepted. We only deliver within Bangladesh.
K(b): In special return or exchange cases, we reserve the right to set unique terms.
K(c): A verification process will be conducted before approving special return cases.
K(d): A return or exchange fee may apply depending on the condition and circumstances of the return.
